Rethink Your Drink
Hydration is more than quenching your thirst — it helps keep your body running well. Drinking enough water daily helps regulate your body temperature, lubricate your joints, deliver nutrients to cells, improve sleep quality, improve brain performance, maintain organs functioning properly and put you in a better mood. It might be time to rethink your drink if you often reach for drinks with hidden ingredients and extra calories.
