2 ½ cups strawberries, cut up, sweetened with sugar substitute
1 6-ounce package of sugar-free, fat-free vanilla instant pudding
8 ounce package of fat-free sour cream
1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust
Directions
Pour pudding mix into a mixing bowl. Add sweetened strawberries with juice. Mix well to dissolve pudding. Stir in sour cream. Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate until firm.
