Students who have been approved to complete their clinical experience requirements at Mayo Clinic Health System are required to complete our online orientation process. The following materials must be completed by the student: the orientation power point and certificate of completion, a criminal background check, immunization records, and health insurance information. This must all be saved in the student’s file located in their home academic institution. All documents must be readily available for audit purposes.
