Only 45 emergency departments in the nation have achieved this accreditation, and Northwest Wisconsin locations are the only emergency departments in Minnesota or Wisconsin with this accreditation.
American Nurses Credentialing Center — Magnet recognition
In 2023, Mayo Clinic Health System in Northwest Wisconsin achieved Magnet recognition, the highest national honor for nursing excellence. Research demonstrates that Magnet recognition provides specific benefits to healthcare organizations and their communities, such as:
