1221 Whipple St., Eau Claire, WI 54703Provider's Bio
My aim is to work closely with my patients, empowering them as much as I can. Through my practice, I provide a nurturing, nonjudgmental approach that is highly genuine. Along with my connectedness to those I work with, I also love to add a positive spin to therapy whenever possible. Who doesn't love a good laugh! Therapy is all about the relationship, and this is my primary focus in the work I do. I work primarily with children and adolescents, and their families, as well as any age group for individual psychotherapy. Because I work with kids, this is most often displayed in my approach, as well.
I love the practice of mindfulness and incorporate this into my daily life as much as possible. Along with mindfulness, I enjoy yoga, the outdoors and positive time with those I love. Self-care is a huge focus of mine that also comes out in my therapy practice. I always make sure I take care of myself so I am the best I can be for my patients.
