Provider's Bio
I chose a career in cardiology to be able to make a significantly meaningful and positive impact on people's lives. My corner stone practice philosophy is that anytime, anywhere and always "Patient Needs Come First". I will spend all the necessary time to get to know my patients and their needs and tailor their care to their individual needs. As an interventional cardiologist with vascular interest, I will be using the most up-to-date endovascular interventions to treat patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) and peripheral arterial disease (PAD).
During your visit with me, I will be listening to your concerns carefully. You will understand your medical condition, and together as a team we will be able to come up with a comprehensive plan to address your concerns in a timely fashion.
I grew up in Khartoum, Sudan, and completed medical school there, where I was awarded 'Best Academic Performance in Internal Medicine' during my graduation. I moved to the United States in 2014 and went through extensive medical training under experts in my field at prestigious institutions. I have great interest in treating patients with CAD and PAD using up-to-date endovascular procedures. I devote a great chunk of my free time doing research with the main focus to advance the field in treating patients with CAD, cardiogenic shock and PAD.
I am very much a family man and need to be close to those I love. I am a father of an energetic boy and girl. In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, hiking, playing board games and spending time with my family and friends.
