I utilize evidence-based practice to my treatments. My goal is to reduce pain, then focus on function, mobility, and strength to return to normal activities.

I enjoy outdoor activities and sports, such as fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, softball, volleyball and tennis. I also like to visit breweries and wineries, work out and go running or biking.
