    Recovery tools

Recovery support groups meet once weekly and are facilitated by a trained volunteer. Referrals are from residential treatment, extended care, and intensive outpatient treatment.  A referral does not need to come directly from a Fountain Centers program.  Participation is recommended for a minimum of one year. View schedule by location.

Relapse group meetings are held once weekly and are open to participants of Fountain Centers treatment programs, the recovering community at large, and individuals referred from other service agencies.  A Fountain Centers staff member is present to provide education and support.

Telephone Recovery Support is a service provided for individuals completing Fountain Centers residential or extended care programs.  This unique feature will allow for phone contact at 1 week, 30 days, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months post-discharge.  Alumni participation allows them additional support in early recovery.

Please call the Recovery Specialist at 507-377-6711 or 800-533-1616 if you are interested in planning a sober activity in your area, or with questions regarding these services.

We all have a story. What’s yours?  Are you interested in sharing your hope in recovery with others?  Call 507-377-6411 for more information.
