These surveys are important to us as they provide valuable feedback on our services - what's working and what's not. Please take the time to complete the survey and return it. The form is also your chance to voice praise or concerns you may have.
Patient and Family Advisory Council
The council is a group of patients, doctors, nurses, and other staff members who meet to discuss and improve the overall experience provided to patients. It offers a forum to discuss new ideas and address concerns in a constructive dialog. Persons interested in joining the council will need to complete a brief application.
