A New Me: Healthy Balance Matters
A New Me is a 12-week comprehensive, holistic lifestyle program that provides the tools and motivation to help participants improve healthy behaviors and maintain a well-balanced, meaningful life. Weekly classes are facilitated by a registered dietitian, exercise physiologist, stress management expert, and a certified health and wellness coach. Participants also attend bi-weekly small group coaching sessions which offer support, self-discovery, accountability, and a chance to celebrate successes. Facilitated by wellness coaches, these sessions help bridge the gap between knowledge gained in the large class and the actual follow-through on commitments that align with participants’ values and priorities.
