Registration fee includes tuition, meals and conference materials. Advance registration is required and must be received no later than April 8, 2016. Refunds or cancellations (with the exception of a $25 processing fee) will be given until April 8, 2016. Cancellations after April 8, 2016 will not be refunded. Conference organizers retain the right to cancel the program. A limited number of scholarships are available. Call 608-392-4172 to request an application, which is due April 1, 2016. Conference fees are: $200 for the full conference; $120 for a single day; $115 Mayo Clinic Employees
