Pharmacy residents enjoy a flexible, self-managed approach to time off. The PTO program combines the benefits traditionally identified as vacation, holiday and sick leave.
Short-term Disability (STD)
The Short-term Disability program helps to prevent total loss of earnings for residents who are out of work due to an illness, injury or temporary disability.

Residents will attend the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting and the Wisconsin Pharmacy Resident Conference. Up to three additional professional days may be allowed to attend additional conferences and meetings and will be considered on an individual basis. System-wide educational opportunities offer a variety of credit and noncredit courses.

Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union
The credit union is a member-owned money cooperative that is available to all residents.
On-site fitness centers are available to residents for a nominal annual membership fee.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
EAP offers confidential assessment, short-term counseling and referral for residents and their families, free of charge.
