Ingredients to a Happy, Healthy Life
Do you ever feel overwhelmed by life and trying to balance all you have to do? The majority of women in today's chaotic world are feeling a lack of control in both their personal and professional lives, a lack of meaningful connection, a never ending to-do list and an ever-present feeling of fatigue. The good news is by better understanding how chronic stress affects our brain and overall health, we can shift from this state of exhaustion and dis-ease to a state of well-being and peace.
Please join us in learning four keys to creating a happier, healthier you. Invite a friend, sister or co-worker to spend the morning with you learning how resiliency can affect your own mental and physical health. This program will inspire, invigorate and educate women on topics related to work-life balance, gratitude and self-care.
