Fitness & Weight Management: Strong Bodies Basic

This multiweek evidence-based strength training program will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, Jan. 28-April 30 (no class March 17 or March 19). This program is designed for middle-aged and older adults. Each class in the program includes progressive weight training, flexibility and balance activities. Improve your mood, energy and sleep. Register by Jan. 20.
