Fitness & Weight Management: Strong Bodies Basic

This class will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sept. 17-Dec. 19 (no class Nov. 26 or Nov. 28). This multiweek evidence-based strength training program is designed for middle-aged and older adults. Each class in the program includes progressive weight training, flexibility and balance activities. Optional floor exercise is included. Improve your mood, energy and sleep. Register by Sept. 10.
