This multiweek evidence-based strength training program on Wednesdays and Friday from Jan. 23 to April 12 (no class March 27 or 29) is designed for middle-aged and older women and men. Each class includes progressive weight training, flexibility and balance activities. Optional floor exercise is included. Improve your mood, energy and sleep.
