Practicing mindful thankfulness is one way to boost your spirits, feel happier and enhance your overall health. Thankfulness looks different for everyone — and that’s OK. It may be a friend, a kind word or the beauty of nature.
Join us for a virtual challenge to journal daily from Jan. 15 to Feb. 16 about the big and small things in life for which you are thankful, do something kind and take a moment to deliberately be present in the moment. We will email you a simple post-challenge program evaluation to complete to receive a small participation prize.
