Community Education: Discover Gratitude Challenge
Practicing mindful thankfulness is one way to boost your spirits and enhance your overall health. Thankfulness looks different for everyone — and that’s OK.
Join us for a virtual challenge from Feb. 4 to March 3 to journal daily about the big and small things in life for which you are thankful, track your efforts to do something kind for others and challenge yourself to dedicate time to be deliberately present in the moment.
This community program is appropriate for adults and youth. Feel free to share this program with friends and family, as well as teachers and other youth leaders.
Registration, a printable journal and other resources will be posted in December. Journal sheets are private and will not be collected.
