These classes are designed for women in their sixth or seventh month of pregnancy. Topics include maternal/fetal aspects of the third trimester, labor and delivery, relaxation skills, breathing techniques, cesarean birth, the “normal” newborn, postpartum adjustments, car seat information and a tour of the Family Birth Center. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a towel or yoga mat with to the first class. Those attending the evening classes are welcome to bring a light snack. Hosted in partnership with Freeborn and Mower Counties.

Registration is required for all classes; class sizes are limited.
