This multiweek evidence-based strength training program on Tuesdays and Thursdays from May 1 to June 26 (no class June 21) is designed for middle-aged and older women and men. Each class includes progressive weight training, flexibility and balance activities. Optional floor exercise is included. Improve your mood, energy and sleep. Register by May 1.
