This multiweek evidence-based strength training program on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Sept. 11 to Dec. 13 (no class Nov. 20 and 22) is designed for middle-aged and older women and men. Each class includes progressive weight training, flexibility and balance activities. Improve your mood, energy and sleep.
