This multiweek evidence-based strength training program on Wednesdays and Fridays from Jan. 3 to March 28 (no class March 14 or 16) is designed for middle-aged and older women and men. Each class includes progressive weight training, flexibility and balance activities. Optional floor exercise is included. Improve your mood, energy and sleep. Register by Dec. 27.
