Fitness & Weight Management: Advanced Strong Women/Strong Men/Strong Bones

This multiweek evidence-based strength training program on Tuesdays and Thursdays through Dec. 14 is designed for middle-aged and older women and men. Each class includes progressive weight training, flexibility and balance activities. Optional floor exercise is included. Improve your mood, energy and sleep.
