Fitness & Weight Management: Advanced Strong Bodies

This multiweek evidence-based strength training program will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, Jan. 28-April 30 (no class March 17 or March 19). This program is designed for middle-aged and older adults. Each class in the program includes progressive weight training, flexibility and balance activities. Optional floor exercises are included. Improve your mood, energy and sleep. Register by Jan. 20.
