This multiweek evidence-based strength training program will be held Wednesdays and Fridays, Jan. 8-April 3 (no class Feb. 5, March 18 or March 20). This program is designed for middle-aged and older adults. Each class in the program includes progressive weight training, flexibility and balance activities. Optional floor exercises are included. Improve your mood, energy and sleep. Register by Jan. 3.
