This multiweek evidence-based strength training program on Wednesdays and Fridays from May 2 to June 8 (no class June 1) is designed for middle-aged and older women and men. Each class includes progressive weight training, flexibility and balance activities. Optional floor exercise is included. Improve your mood, energy and sleep. Register by April 27.
