FARIBAULT, Minn. — Mayo Clinic Health System in Faribault welcomes Michelle Blankenship, nurse practitioner, and Jacob Kruger, physician assistant, to the Express Care practice at Crossroads Professional Building.
Blankenship received her Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Phoenix in Tempe, Arizona. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Kruger received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Worcester, Massachusetts. He is a board-certified physician assistant and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Brian Bunkers, M.D., Chief Executive Officer at Mayo Clinic Health System in Faribault, Kenyon and Owatonna says, “In an effort to better serve our communities, Mayo Clinic Health System is pleased to open our Express Care clinic at the Crossroads Professional Building. We are fortunate to have two experienced providers, Jacob Kruger and Michelle Blankenship, help us launch this program.”
Express Care offers walk-in only appointments to patients 18 months and older suffering from sore throats, ear infections, urinary tract infections, rashes and other routine illnesses. Limited laboratory services will be available on-site.
Express Care hours are:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m.
Patients can call 507-333-3350 to learn more about the conditions treated at Express Care. However, anyone wishing to be seen must visit the clinic for an appointment.
