In recognition of Doctors Day – March 30, 2013 – Mayo Clinic Health System Franciscan Healthcare has donated $4200 to area food shelves and community dinners in honor of our physicians.
“We are thankful every day for the care that our doctors provide to our patients and communities in Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota,” said David Rushlow, MD, Chief Medical Officer. “Sharing our good fortune with those who are in need is a natural extension of our mission.”
A number of Franciscan Healthcare physicians also volunteered at community dinners in La Crosse and Onalaska in the month of March.
