The skilled nursing facilities of Mayo Clinic Health System are certified by Medicare and Medicaid and accredited by The Joint Commission.
Satilla Care Center in Waycross is a 96-bed hospital-based, skilled nursing center. The facility has provided both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care for over 45 years.
Pierce County Nursing Home is located in Blackshear. The 78-bed hospital-based nursing facility has served the area with short-term rehabilitation and long-term care for more than 50 years.
The staff at each facility includes physicians and therapists from Mayo Clinic Health System.
