Take a relaxing but energizing break at midday. Learn how to make stretching more effective by linking your body and breath through mindful awareness. Learn tools to reduce the negative effects of stress, improve posture, increase your energy level and cultivate a sense of well-being. Emphasis will be relaxation: breathing practices, meditation, visualization and gentle stretches in a chair to relieve muscle tension.
