Crunch Broccoli Salad


  • 1 large bunch of fresh broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces                            
  • 1 small red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoons bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 
  • 3/4 cup Jimmy's nonfat coleslaw dressing


Combine broccoli, onion, bacon bits, raisins and walnuts in a salad bowl. 
These ingredients will keep in the refrigerator for up to four days (covered).
Add dressing just before serving. Toss and serve. Makes eight 1 cup servings.
