Angel Food Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients (cake)

  • 1 angel food white no-fat cake mix
  • 1 1/2–2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can pumpkin

Ingredients (frosting)

  • 1 8-ounce tub of fat-free cream cheese (softened 30 to 40 seconds in microwave)
  • 6 teaspoons sugar substitute
  • 1/2 container fat-free whipping cream

Directions

Combine all ingredients for cake, and pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35 to 38 minutes. Let cool. Combine ingredients for frosting. Frost cake, and cut into 15 pieces.
