CaringBridge
Mayo Clinic Health System offers CaringBridge, free of charge, for our patients while they are at one of our sites. A CaringBridge site offers many ways for people to stay connected with loved ones back home and elsewhere during any type of health event. It can be created wherever a patient or family member has Internet access. Patients and their families can post messages, updates and pictures, and loved ones can respond with messages of support and encouragement. The service is confidential, secure and private and is accessible only to individuals selected by the patient or loved one. Users have access to multiple privacy settings and can be assured that personal data is protected and will not be sold.

Gift Shop
The gift shop is located at the hospital visitor entrance and offers convenience items, as well as a wide selection of gift items. Gift shop hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
It is managed by the volunteers of Mayo Clinic Health System in Menomonie.
Dining Facilities and Room Service
Crossroads Café (cafeteria)
Located on the first floor and open seven days a week.
Breakfast - 7 to 10:30 a.m.
Lunch - 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Dinner - 5 to 6:30 p.m.
Red Cedar Express Deli
Located on the lower level and open Monday through Friday.
Continental breakfast - 7 to 10:30 a.m.
Lunch - 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Snack items - 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Patient Meals
We are pleased to offer a unique dining program, which allows you to select meals from a restaurant-style menu. Patients can order what they want when they want it (depending on dietary restrictions establised by patient's provider).
Guest Meals
Guests may use either dining facility or purchase a guest meal through the dining program. The guest meal will be delivered at the same time as the patient tray or at another time. A guest meal costs $5.
Health Resource Library
The Health Resource Library, located in the Education department on the east side of the building, is open to patients. Books, audiotapes and DVDs are available for check out.
Language Services
Chinese, Hmong, Spanish and American Sign Language language services are available to all patients upon request. Please call 715-235-5531 for assistance.
Parking
We offer convenient parking areas in the following locations:
Clinic patients - West and north parking lot
Hospital patients/visitors - South parking lot
Family Birth Suites patients/visitors - North parking lot
Outpatient Services patients - South parking lot
Education Center event participants - East parking lot
Patient Financial Services
Patient Financial Services provides financial counseling to all patients. This may include explanations of the billing process and charges, available payment options and information regarding assistance programs and collection policy.
The medical center may be able to offer you Financial Assistance. Our Financial Assistance Program is for qualified patients and is based on your income, assets, and needs. Call 715-233-7662 for more information.
Pharmacy
A retail and hospital-based pharmacy offers prescriptions, insurance billing and over-the-counter medications and supplies for patients. It is located inside the revolving doors at the main entrance to the medical center.
The pharmacy is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Wireless Internet
Free wireless Internet access is available as a complementary service for your convenience. Computers with Internet access are also available in the Family Birth Suites and Medical & Surgical Family Care waiting areas.
