Business Services provides help to all patients with billing/insurance questions. This may include explanations of the billing process and charges, available payment options and estimates of services.

Statements are mailed every 30 days. Our statements are not always itemized, but an itemized statement can be available to you upon your request. You can also pay your bill online.
The medical center is a participating provider for 20 different health insurance plans or employer groups and is continually reviewing new insurance options. We work with area businesses and their employees so that we can provide a wide variety of choices in health care. If you have any questions, call us at 715-233-7650. Benefit questions should be directed to your health plan.
Patient Financial Services
Patient Financial Services provides financial counseling to all patients. This may include explanations of the billing process and charges, available payment options and information regarding assistance programs and collection policy. If you are unable to pay your balance in full, a patient financial planner will work with you to establish manageable monthly payments.
