Candidates for pharmacy residency are selected annually on a competitive basis. The 2016-17 Program will begin on July 5, 2016. One resident is admitted to the program each year.
Mayo Clinic Health System utilizes the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) for all pharmacy residency applications. Submit your application and all supporting documents by January 5, 2016. Your application must contain the following materials:
Official transcripts from your college of pharmacy
One page letter of intent
A PhORCAS standardized reference form including three references of your choosing
All candidates must also register with the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Resident Matching Program, which makes all appointments. Match results are released in late March.
