It is the role of the Patient Representative to document and follow-up on patient/visitor comments and engage appropriate staff to address issues raised by patients or their family members. Submitting a Complaint in Writing
Patients may also submit written complaints to the Patient Representative or to the agencies listed at the end of the Patient Rights and Responsibilities brochure.
