We accept application through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). For further information on the ERAS application process, please visit their web site.
In order to be considered for acceptance, applicants must be currently attending, or be graduates of, an LCME or AOA-accredited medical school.
After reviewing your application, we will contact you if an interview is granted. You may state your preference for an interview date in the appropriate section of the form. We will do our best to honor your request. However, interviews are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Your spouse or significant other is encouraged to accompany you if possible.
Please provide us with a brief autobiography, paying particular attention to turning points in your life, important persons and relationships, hobbies and special interests. It is not necessary for you to include your philosophy of Family Medicine.
Interviews will be scheduled from October through January. Final candidate selection will be based upon application materials and personal interviews.
D.O. Students: D.O. students are encouraged to apply. While we are not dually-accredited, successful completion of the first year in our program meets the requirements for AOA training approval per Resolution 42, "Approval of ACGME Training as an AOA-Approved Internship."
Our program is very supportive of D.O.'s and encourages their continued development in OMT by offering elective rotations with nearby osteopathic physicians and training programs. With additional training and experience, OMT can be utilized in the care of your continuity patients in the clinic.
