Are the transactions I perform online secure?
All credit card information you provide will be sent directly to the Revenue Cycle Department. This is a secure website with 128-bit encryption. Your information will only be available to a Revenue Cycle representative, who is responsible for processing your request.
What forms of payment are accepted by Revenue Cycle?
The only form of payment accepted online is by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. You may pay by personal check, insurance check, money order, any form of U.S. currency, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover at any one of our Customer Service desks located at the Luther Campus and Clairemont Campus.
What other services are provided by Revenue Cycle?
We offer a variety of services to internal customers (physicians, allied health staff, administration, staff) and external customers (patients, companies, attorneys) which require registration, pre-certification/prior authorization, fee quotes, billing, patient financial planning and regulatory billing education. The services are offered on a continuum whenever medical services are provided within the Mayo Clinic Health System. Service is delivered with the customer's needs and desires in mind. Customers are responded to rapidly by the use of our mainframe HBOC computer software systems. The responsibility of the service we provide to our customers resides with each staff member.
