Pumpkin Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin                               
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 package (1.4 oz) sugar-free, fat-free vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 8 ounces fat-free whipped topping

Directions

Mix together until smooth. Spread in shallow dish and top with whipped topping.
Serve with apple slices.
