Inpatient Behavioral Health

Our Inpatient Behavioral Health team is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our patients. We provide respectful, effective psychiatric care in a safe and therapeutic environment.

The Inpatient Behavioral Health unit is designed to help you benefit from evaluation and short-term treatment. Our treatment team includes board-certified psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, social workers, activity therapists, certified nursing assistants and chaplaincy. We include other team members as appropriate for your treatment needs, such as respiratory therapists, physical therapists, psychologists and addiction therapists. We also are able to consult with other physician specialists from within our health care system.

We take patient confidentiality seriously. Patient confidentiality is strictly enforced in any level of care. Acknowledgement of a patient's stay is prohibited without permission. If the patient is admitted on an involuntary status, the Department of Human Services and legal counsel are contacted to coordinate court processes and discharge planning. Patient consent is not required in this situation.

Please note that all visitors must pass through a metal detector. If you are planning to visit a patient, please review our visitor brochure.
