This seven-week, evidence-based fall prevention program on Mondays will cover improving balance and vision, strength training, home environment safety and medication review. Gain confidence in your ability to manage your health behaviors and reduce the risk of falls to maintain an active and fulfilling life. To attend, you should be able to walk unassisted, live independently and have had a fall or are at risk of falling.
