Fellowship Program in Health Care Administration

The Fellowship Program in Health Care Administration at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire is designed to foster the development of master's-prepared individuals committed to a career in health care administration.

The program is a one-year management training experience tailored to meet the needs and interests of individual candidates, focusing on key areas in health care. This program allows the fellow to experience the major aspects of managing an integrated health care organization.

Minimum Education and/or Experience:
A master's degree in business administration, health care administration or related areas from an accredited program is required. Clinical Pastoral Residency Program

Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire's Hospital CPE Center offers an ACPE Level I & II Residency Program. Chaplains are an integrated part of the health care team and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide services to our patients.  Residents will participate in daily patient staffing, active on-call ministry and may specialize in oncology, cardiac, neuroscience, dialysis, medical, surgical, women's health or behavioral health. Post-graduate Year One Pharmacy Residency 

Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire’s PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program is designed to provide advanced training in a variety of clinical practice areas within a fully integrated health system. The purpose of the program is to prepare pharmacist clinicians for patient care positions in acute and/or ambulatory care settings, PGY2 training in area of choice and to incorporate teaching of students in clinical practice. Medical Experience (MedEx) Program

The Medical Experience Program at Mayo Clinic Health System provides medical experiences to high school and college students who are considering careers as physicians. During the program, students job shadow physicians in a variety of specialties in a clinic setting. To be considered for the program, students must:

  • Volunteer a minimum of 30 hours at Mayo Clinic Health System
  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Be at least a junior in high school
