Southwest Salad


  • 1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed                                  
  • 1 15-ounce can corn, drained
  • 1 to 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion


Mix together and chill. This mixture may be blended with the ranch dressing as well.
Serve over a bed of lettuce.
