- 4 cups cut strawberries
- 1 small package sugar free cook-and-serve vanilla pudding
- 1 small package sugar-free strawberry gelatin
- 2 ½ cups water
- Whipped topping (optional)
Mix pudding, gelatin and water. Cook to boil. Let cool. Pour over fruit. Refrigerate. Top with whipped topping.
(Substitute nectarines, pineapple, mandarin oranges or other fruit. Be sure to match flavored gelatin accordingly.)
