- 1 16-ounce can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 – 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Dill weed to taste
Mash the beans with a fork. Add onion, celery, lemon juice, mayonnaise and dill weed. Salt and pepper to taste.
