If you are traveling from the south:
Travel on Highway 53 N to Highway 8, Exit 135 (Barron/Cameron). Turn left onto Highway 8 W. Turn left on East LaSalle Avenue. Turn left onto S. 14th Street. Turn right on E. Woodland Avenue.
If you are traveling from the north:
Travel on Highway 53 S to Highway 8, Exit 135 (Barron/Cameron). Merge onto Highway 8 W. Turn left onto La Salle Avenue. Turn left onto S. 14th Street. Turn right onto E. Woodland Avenue.
Northland Nursing Home is located on the south side of the Mayo Clinic Health System building.
