- 2 cans 98% fat-free chicken broth
- 1 can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup wild rice, cooked
- 1 cup onion
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1 12.5-ounce can chunked chicken, white meat
Bring chicken broth, rice, onion and carrots to a boil; reduce heat to simmer, add cream of chicken soup and soy milk. If thinner soup is desired, add more chicken broth or soy milk.
