Cost: Free to Mayo Clinic Health System patients or $5 for nonpatients

This one-session class is designed to educate families about breast-feeding.

Topics include:

  • Nutrition
  • Reasons to breast-feed
  • Getting started
  • Establishing your milk supply
  • Ensuring baby is getting enough
  • Overcoming obstacles
  • Working while breast-feeding
  • Storing expressed milk

Take this class before the seventh month of pregnancy.
