To subscribe to e-Statements login using the subscribe link above and follow the easy steps. If you need assistance please call Customer Service at 1-888-838-6193 (toll free) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Have your most recent statement available when you enroll. It contains information you will need to enroll. If you receive statements for both clinic and hospital services you will need to go through the enrollment process for each. Our Patient Account Services representatives are here to assist you with billing questions, insurance filings and payment methods. Statements are prepared and mailed on a monthly basis. We realize most medical expenses arise from unexpected accidents or illnesses and are difficult to budget. Because of this fact and the nature of our services, we make every effort to be as flexible as possible in extending credit.
