Infusion Therapy involves drawing blood for the purpose of treating a disease.

Infusion Therapy at Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin is a 4-chair/2-bed outpatient unit.  Some of the diagnoses seen in this department are:  Cancer (breast, lung, CLL, ovarian, colon, pancreatic, uterine), Crohn's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, anemia, dehydration associated with chemo and/or radiation, and neurological disorders (multifocal motor neuropathy, MS, Muscular Dystrophy, brachial plexopathy, CIDP).
