Cardiac Rehabilitation

The Cardiac Rehabilitation program is a multifaceted and multidisciplinary approach to overall cardiovascular risk reduction. Cardiac rehabilitation is designed to help you maintain a healthier heart through supervised exercise sessions and health education.

The Pulmonary Rehabilitation program helps you develop a regular exercise routine through supervised exercise, breathing retraining and education. Pulmonary exercise is a multidimensional program directed to persons with pulmonary disease.

The Cardiac and Pulmonary rehabilitation programs are located on the lower level of Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin in the Rehabilitation Services area.
